七月中旬決定把我們居住了八年的單位放盤。之後的一個月內間中有幾位所謂準買家跑上來看看，但沒有行動。實際上覺得地產經紀在摸索我們的底價。起初也沒有太大信心，見有些單位放盤了好幾個月仍然賣不出。但想不到八月底便找到了合適買家，畢竟我們的居所保養得不錯，而且也算開揚。結果交易順利完成，價錢也很滿意。
