前陣子不能上網，情况是modem完全沒有activity，顯示燈不亮。癱瘓了數幾天，非常憤怒因為寬頻供應商的技術支援人員實在不濟，問題不在我家裡的設備上，但硬要上門檢查，而且還要等三天。但到了預約時間又不出現。前前後後約了三次，足足跟進了三個星期。
